Terms of service
The commercial and usage terms that apply to every Verb Atlas plan.

Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. There is no trial period; the preview and guided demo are provided instead.
Word allowances and overage
Each plan includes a monthly source-word allowance per target language. Segments reused from translation memory and locked glossary terms are not counted. Overage is billed at $0.90 per 1,000 words.
Human services
Human review, full translation, certified translation and transcreation are quoted separately and invoiced on delivery. Certified work is provided by accredited linguists in our network.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to send us the content you upload, and you remain responsible for approving translations before publication.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful content, to circumvent rate limits, or to resell raw machine output as certified translation.
Liability
We are liable for direct damages up to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Approved translations are your published copy, and final editorial responsibility rests with you.
