Content you send us
Source copy, translations and glossary terms are stored in an isolated workspace tied to your account. They are used only to deliver translation and review results for you.
We do not train on your content
Your content is never used to train or fine-tune models, ours or a third party's. Model providers we call are contractually bound to zero-retention processing.
Retention
Content is retained for as long as your workspace is active so translation memory keeps working. You can set a shorter retention window, including deletion immediately after delivery.
Account data
We store names, work email addresses and billing details necessary to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@verbatlas.com.
